For more than two decades, I've dedicated myself to the bathroom remodeling industry, working directly with clients as a salesperson. This experience instilled in me a deep commitment to exceptional customer service and quality craftsmanship.

That's why I founded Quality Bath. When my previous employer went bankrupt, leaving customers with unfinished projects and lost deposits, I knew I couldn't simply walk away.  I formed Quality Bath with the core principle of putting our customers first.

We assembled a team of the most skilled and reliable remodeling professionals I'd had the pleasure of working with. Together, we finished four projects where the previous company had taken deposits and vanished.  We completed these jobs at a fraction of the original cost, yet still delivered work that exceeded customer expectations.

Our dedication to quality extends beyond new installations. We understand that existing kitchens & baths can require attention too.  In one instance, a customer received a botched job from another company and was denied any warranty service.  Quality Bath stepped in, rerouting the entire shower at our own expense to ensure the customer received the quality they deserved.
